Mr Rubens is a legal professional with over twenty-nine years of experience. He has extensive exposure in driving critical assignments in legal operations across his career with proven success in ensuring optimum results proficient in running successful method-oriented operations and in taking initiatives for business excellence through process improvement and standardisation.
His special interest and achievements are mentoring of new members to court-craftmanship and other leadership skills. Being a social activist, he has advised and appeared for various minority institutions and schools including but not limited to the Alexandra English Girls Institution, the Bharda New High School & Junior College, the Society of St Peters High School, and the Jewish Girls School.
Mr. Rubens is also a Director with M/s. Asiatic Oxygen Limited; and a Member, to the Advisory Council of American Joint Distribution Council (AJDC), and is exclusively in-charge of their legal functions in India. He is also the Standing Council for BENE Israel Stree Mandal, being a Jewish Institution in Mumbai.

Oriental Institute (as was originally founded in 1919 by "Grand Old Man of India”, Sir Dadabhai Naoroji). He also the Chairman of ORT India.
